Every person in the world has a unique E4 – Education, Experience, Emotions and Expectations which impacts their interactions in society.
Once we appreciate that each person has a different E4 we tend to become more humble and start appreciating other people. It minimizes our ego. We must perform what is the best in view of our E4.
E4 is like a finger print which is unique for each individual. The challenge is to recognize this fact and then to synergize different E4s to achieve a shared vision and objectives.
E4 can be further sub-divided into two categories– Hard and Soft. Education is towards the hard side as it does not change frequently.
Experience, Emotions and Expectations are more towards a softer dimension implying frequent changes. Among these three, Emotions change most frequently.
Our E4 is not static as it undergoes changes.
Unique E4 + Changes = Unique E4
Whenever there is connectivity between human beings, there is bound to be differences both positive and negative. E4 takes full cognizance of the differences and taps on strengths of individuals instead of weaknesses to build high performance teams.
Even though our E4 is unique we must make all attempts to continuously acquire knowledge and apply it to improve our skills and competencies.
Unique E4 + Growth = Unique E4
The challenge for planning and implementing projects, programs and portfolios is to integrate different E4s to supplement each other creating a better possibility of achieving what we have visualized.
